Our Shipping & Return Policy

Returns

Don’t love it? We’ll gladly accept your eligible items within 30 days of purchase for refund or store credit, provided that your item is unworn, unused, and still has its original tags attached. A $7.95 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the return. Items that require a bulk ship charge may require additional shipping and handling fees subtracted from the refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage that has not been reported.

Received damaged or the wrong item?

If you receive a damaged or wrong item you must notify us with 24 hours of delivery at office@kiddosorganic.com. Please provide us with your order number and photos of any damage so we can help you.

When will I receive my refund?

Upon receipt, your refund will be processed to your original payment method and can take 7-10 business days to post depending on the speed of your bank or payment method.

Please note: Your refund will only reflect the amount you paid after any promotions or discounts. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
